Which colleges can we get if we score above 95% in 12th (science ) boards?

Depends on which entrances you give. With that mark, you'll eligible for NITs and IITs, if and only if you crack JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
For State Government Colleges, also you're eligible. Actually, you can get in any college provided you get through their entrance exams. Some of the private colleges don't have any entrance... So, yes.
