As per your rank it's highly unlikely to get nits or iiits so 

You can try for Thapar University 

But it's  difficult to get top course 

You can try Jadavpur University also eventhough cutoffs are high 

There are also gfti government funded university you can try for it during josaa counselling 

They are central govt funded GFTI

Also you can get even state colleges many accept JEE main score
