See both the courses may be great. But from a perspective of clinical exposure, as a BDS you will get more clinical exposure. See Ayurveda is good but when we think about situation in which the patient is in misery then the first decision by the patient is to consult an Allopathy physician. So the cases and the exposure to clinical techniques  you will get in BDS will be more than that of BAMS. In terms of private practice also the BDS will have a better perspective.
