Which course should a Btech(Mechanical Engineer) student do for going in a Nano Technology Engineering?

If you are really interested in nanotechnology, you need to go to graduate school for that (most likely at the PhD level). Nanotechnology is a resource-intensive discipline that takes years of practice for you to become effective and hirable.
