Since MBA is a post graduation course so you can't pursue it after class 10. You have to first complete Graduation then you can go for MBA. However, You can join Integrated MBA Program after 12th. IIM Indore run such programme. 

You must complete your 12th first. then go for BBA or other graduation courses then MBA.

IF you want to do MBA so first you complete your 12th and after this, you complete your graduation then you get admission in MBA because MBA is a post graduation course.

In my opinion, after complete 12th, you get admission in BBA because it helps in doing MBA.

you get admission in MBA in top business school through entrance exam like CAT, MAT, XAT etc.
