HHA and BHMCT which are common hotel management courses offered in UG level train you in all four departments concerned with hotel industry i.e. Kitchen, Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping and Front Office. If you wish to gain expertise only in the culinary field, you may wish to pursue 

• Bachelors in Catering Technology & Culinary Arts (BCT & CA) offered by Culinary Academy of India

or 

• BA Culinary Arts offered by Welcomegroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration
