Hi Yaman,

It depends on the engineering branch you opt for. Clearly, IIITs are meant only for Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology (IT) aspirants. IIIT Hyderabad is undoubtedly the best amongst them.

So,If you are interested in Computer Science as a career option IIIT Hyderabad is the best to get iInto The course content ( Computer Science) is the best in the country ahead of IITs  and the campus has a great coding culture. It is producing some of the best coders in the country who regularly win coding competitions.I hope this helped in getting a better understanding.

IIT is better for those who are in Merit.

NIT is better for those who are not in merit.

Thanks,

Azim

IIITs like Bangalore, Trichy and Hyderabad are muchbetter than all new NITs like Silchar, Mizoram, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, arunachal pradesh,Srinagar.

IIIT Hydwrabad and Bangalore are simply best regarded for CSE branch. Average package at above IIITs is much higher than all above mentioned NITs for CSE.
