Why do you want to do a course along with the MBBS, makes this answer vary. If its for your knowledge update and you just want to study them, then go for any of it. If you wish to do so, in order to get some future benefits, then there is not at all influence of this courses with your career as a doctor. If you want to go for the Psychiatry then MD in Psychiatric Medicine, will provide you sufficient knowledge about Psychology. So there not much of influence in terms of career. But if you want to choose between them, then I would suggest you to go for the BA psychology, because as a doctor, understanding Psychology can be really helpful for you, when you will a practitioner dealing with patients. It might not have direct influence to your career, but indirectly knowing psychology can be really a benefit for a practitioner.
