The course you should pursue should definitely be based on your interest,  it shouldn't be influenced by anyone's opinion. If you are interested in Architecture , you must opt for B.Arch , if you are interested in technology and related things, opt for B.Tech . As far as both these courses are concerned,  both of the courses has a bright scope in coming future. B. Tech and B. Arch are among the courses in demand,  both has good placements,  no one is superior over other. You should go with your interest
