If you are comparing Maharashtra Institute of Technology Pune (MIT) with MITS gwalior then MIT Pune is better than MITS Gwalior for btech course. Whether it is infrastructural, placement or any other faculty, MIT Pune is better than MITS Gwalior.

So if you are asking me then I would definitely suggest you MIT Pune rather than MITS Gwalior.
