Both colleges are really good and have amazing placements . But when it's come to chose between them you should compare all the parameters before taking a decision . First being a private and government college. If you're sure about going into a private college then you may chose jss above biet. The pnly preference of studying in a government college is the fees which be lesser else there is no good thing about biet neither the placements or the campus.

Jss have good placement in cs and it branch. Many it companies pick stidents form other branches as well. There is less placement in core branch like mechanical, electrical and civil as compared to cs it. companies gives fine packages and some students gets very good package also.

Placements are good as it is near software companies called tech giants like TCS, SAMSUNG but also many several core branch companies visit here for placement drive but the student has to depend on their own for internships.

JSS is a very good known college  , but when it comes to comparing it with BIET , jhansi , then it no where stands in front of BIET.

You will get everything better at BIET , be it faculty , books , infrastructure , education etc. And  moreover , BIET is aa government college and has much better reoutation than JSS ,noida.

But you already know that nobody is 100% perfect , so is BIET.

BIET lacks behind JSS in terms of placements So , if you are one of those students considering placements as one of the main factors gor choosing any college , then go for JSS , noida.
