Both the fields are good. If you want to do specialization in  International Business then, BBA International Business is good and if you are looking for Human Resource, finance, marketing, then you can go with BBA general.

If you have a family business that deals internationally or have any source of doing MBA in International Business than you must opt for BBA IB, else BBA general is better than it if you want to have good basic knowledge and pursue your career in the HR, finance, or marketing field.

If you want to specialize in 'international business' then you can go with BBA(IB). Research well about this course, know what you will be taught and how it will help you in the future.

Otherwise, BBA is fine too. It will cover every aspect of commerce and mainly management.
