Hi Jagannath,

IIITs fall under two categories.

  • GOVERNMENT (Fee is quite low)
  • NON GOVERNMENT ( Fee is not that low, but the quality is there)

Following is the list of IIITs under government

  • IIIT Allahabad,
  • IIIT Gwalior,
  • IIIT Jabalpur,
  • IIIT Kancheepuram,
  • IIIT Vadodara,
  • IIIT Kerala,
  • IIIT Srinagar,
  • IIIT Kota,
  • IIIT Sri City,
  • IIIT Guwahati.

NON GOVERNMENT

  • IIIT Hyderabad,
  • IIIT Delhi,
  • IIIT Bangalore,
  • IIIT Bhubhaneshwar.

ADMISSION PROCESS

For admission in government IIITs, you should have to do counseling under CSAB. The fee is quite low in these IIITs.

FOR NON-GOVERNMENT IIITs you have to fill their forms separately.

NOTE: IIITs are INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTRIC INSTITUTES.

NOTE: ALSO IIIT HYDERABAD IS QUITE GOOD FOR COMPUTER SCIENCE.

Hope this answers your query.

Thank You.
