which is better for bsc comp sc:- archarya narendra dev college or Aryabhatta college?

Both of the above mentioned colleges are one of the best colleges under University of Delhi, Delhi . Both the colleges have quite good infrastructure and have most of the facilities very similar. From an academic point of view I would suggest you to go for Aryabhatta College. The reason behind this are as follow:

  • The college have better labs and libraries.
  • Teachers are interested in research and they are more alligned in developing research careers ahead.
  • The college have a better significant set of faculty member who are experts in there fields and as a result it can provide education to the students very well.

So from a perspective of education and the flux of knowledge, I would say you should go for BSc Computer Science at Aryabhatta College.
