Hello there,
One major difference is that any graduate can apply for IIM where as Civil Engineer or Construction related people apply for NICMAR.
IIM offers better placement opportunities than NICMAR. Top companies like Adidas, Accenture, Abbott etc have tie ups with IIMs.
For the year 2019-20, average salary offered to NICMAR students was 6.75 Lpa whereas for IIMs it was 22-25 Lpa. There is a very significant difference in placement opportunities offered.
Choose wisely and after considering all the factors. These are one of the most crucial decisions of life. Think before stepping into anything. All the best for your future.
