HOKARRAJU is one of the fineat colleges as per my perception. However this may vary from opinion to opinion. As of now its curriculum and amenities , academic proceedings everything is at its best. So without any second thought you can just apply to it. Its one of the finest colleges I'have known 

Dont compare Vardhaman with the Best Colleges Vineela. IT is a hyped college however, it is already mentioned and again mentioning.

Naryanamma, CVR, Sreenidhi, Gokaraju, Mgit, MVsr. those are the sequence of preference. 

Dont get carried away with the college ranking. Those are paid ranks
