Both will be beneficial some of the colleges in India for MBA in media are very excellent if you are willing to study in Abroad so it will also be beneficial but it is somehow difficult to adjust in abroad or getting colleges so if you are getting good colleges India so go for Indian colleges.

I must tell you that India has very good institutes for MBA like Amity Noida, Galgotias Noida and Symbiosis, Pune.

However if you wish to opt for the MBA in Media and Management, you should give try in abroad also.
