Both CLAT and NEET-UG entrance examination are entirely different fields of endeavor and cannot be compared under any circumstances.
The fact is, if you have genuine interest in a particular subject you put in efforts with interest and dedication.
You need to introspect and find your calling, because no matter what course you choose, dedication and interest in the subject is an absolute necessity if you wish to do well in that field.

NEET UG is the exam for medical aspirants and to summarize the years you'd need to study for after cracking it, 

4.5 years for UG, 1 year internship, 3 years PG i.e. specialization, and +2 for superspecialization. This amounts to about 11 years provided you crack all entrances exams (3 very difficult ones I'm sure this case) in the first attempt. Post graduation is a necessity and just the undergraduate degree doesn't cut it these days. To get a medical license one is required to pass an exit exam from the year 2019.

CLAT is the exam for law aspirants. While I do not have a lot of knowledge about the entire course, it's duration is 5 years for the undergraduate degree after which one is required to pass the bar to be certified as a lawyer. The masters degree was previously a two year course and is now a one year course.

You may decide for yourself depending on your inclination and tolerance to studying for a decade. 

No course is easy, hard work in required in all to achieve a good position. 

If you are choosing a career on the ease of that course, I suggest you do not opt for medical. 

If you want to be a doctor you need to clear NEET and if you want to be a lawyer/advocate you need to clear CLAT or equivalent entrances for law. It depends on what your interest lies in. 

You need to have PCB as your main subjects in class 12 to be eligible for NEET whereas for CLAT you can be from any stream provided you meet the minimum cut-off marks for both the entrances. 

You need to be thorough with your class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry and Biology syllabus  
whereas
for CLAT the syllabus is English (Comprehension), General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning

So depending on your ability and preparedness for the above syllabus you may decide accordingly.

These are two different exams for different fields so it's good not to compare it

You are comparing two completely different things with each other.

Common Law Admission Test is a centralised test for admission to 18 National Law Universities in India. 43 other education institutes and two public sector institutes are also eligible to use these scores

While NEET provides you the admission to MBBS and BDS courses to colleges present nationwide.

If we are talking about getting a seat for the respective courses, then I'd say that neet would be comparatively harder then CLAT.
Firstly neet ug is the only exam by which you can pursue MBBS /BDS. While alongside CLAT there are separate exams conducted by many colleges.
Secondly, the seats is to students ratio is quite low in case of neet. Whereas it is quite balanced for CLAT.

If you want to know the difficulty level of the paper themselves, then keep in mind that both the exams are conducted for students existing at the same level with different motives. So it is possible to clear either of them with the right amount of dedication.
