Hello  shubham

As per your query.both option are right now a days more number of vacancy are coming for a diploma holder in comperision of Btech .but you are talking about engineers un employment .I want to say that if you hav a capabality to take a job then surely.you got a job.  selecting a placement its totally depend on you .
