Nuclear medicine sister... general medicine , general surgery, OBS GYNE, are not so cool(with respect to a cool life) if taken in a medical college which is located in the heart of a district ,city or in a state capital...even the peripheral medical colleges do have such rush in these departments...
Usually toppers do choose RD as nuclear medicine isn't like radiology...RD is something which is at the fringe of clinical circle with inputs from all clinical, pre and para clinical departments,..no emergency..no wards,..but still you will be involved in patient care(not directly but indirectly)...the life is cool, there with massive market value after passing...(ie after completion of the state service bond)...
