GATE is surely a preferred exam to enter into many jobs but then not qualifying through it doesn't mean the end of the shore. There still many opportunities that you can fish for:

1. Indian Engineering Services

2. SSC JE

3. Railway Recruitment Board and senior section engineer

4. Civil services ( IAS)

5. Bharat Electronics Limited

6. Bhabha Atomic Research

7. Nuclear Power Corporation India Limited

8. Indian space and Research Organisation

9. State Engineering Services Exam

10. Nrl Assam

If you missed gate exam and score is low then don’t lose hope, many reputed institutes conduct their own exam for admission to M.Tech/ME.
