Hello,

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts Indian Forest Services or IFS exam every year to recruit officers for systematic management of forests in the country.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • You have to be a citizen of India
  • You must be minimum of 21 years old to apply for the exam.
  • The officials allow a minimum of six attempts by eligible candidates
  • You should complete your bachelors degree in any one of the subjects- Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology,Agriculture, Forestry or Engineering.
