For JEE mains or Advance point of view you are not supposed to go with the books of foreign authors . Inorder to fetch the more marks only the basics books are sufficient for that . So go with those books only that will be surely beneficial for you and do more no of mock test and previous year JEE mains paper.

Concept of Physics by HC Verma is best book for Physics for JEE, the concepts are explained very well and the collection of problem is very good if you practice all the problems from Concept of Physics then I don't think that you need to go to other books to understand the concept, all the problem is very practical and up to the level of JEE advanced.
