Hey dear no basis of predictor you can get 20 colleges plus for Cse I will enlist them below for you

1)Maharaja agrason college

2)Bharti Vidtapeeth New delhi

3)ambedkar institute

4)Maharaja surajmal institute

5)Gb Pant govt engineering college

all these are fantastic for Cse branch go ahead your eligibile for all of them

I have got 19000(approx) rank in IPU cet 2018.So which college is suitable for btech cs and also I an delhite.
