There are various paramedical courses after xii for which you won't have to appear for NEET.

You can pursue BSC in microbiology and then you go for DMLT (diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology ) . There is great scope after DMLT, you can have your own lab, or you may work as lab analyst in private or government sectors where you can earn upto 40-50 k per month.

You can opt for Bsc in nursing for which Institutes conduct their own entrance exam. Bachelors  Nursing are in great demand today. After BSC in nursing you can work in hospitals  or nursing homes.

Other paramedical courses are bachelor of Nutrition, assistant in cardiology, bachelor of radiology etc.
