First, you should complete your text book only. The MHT CET  syllabus will be based on class XI and class XII syllabus of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. The syllabus of MHT CET  will give 20% weightage to class XI topics and 80% weightage to class XII topics.
