These are some books to prepare IELTS Exam

  1. Cambridge IELTS Series
  2. The Official Cambridge Guide to IELTS.
  3. Target Band 7: IELTS Academic Module.
  4. Focus on IELTS.
  5. IELTS Trainer Six Practice Tests

 These are Some books for TOEFL 

1. The Official Guide to the TOEFL Test, by ETS.

 2. Cracking the TOEFL iBT - Princeton Review (2017 Edition)

3. Practice Exercises for the TOEFL, by Barron's (8th Edition)

4. Nova's - Speaking and Writing Strategies for the TOEFL iBT (2nd Edition).

Notefull is a highly tested resource for TOEFL. You can subscribe to their TOEFL mastery course for about $50. At the same time practice TOEFL mock test for free on Superlearn.com
Finally take one mock exam by ETS and see if you're well prepared . If satisfied with your score in mock exam, you're good to go.

I would recommend you to follow the material provided by BC or IDP. You get the material through post in one week once you have registered for the test. You can also join a training program which could be more helpful.
