NEET 2025: College Predictor | Cutoff | Marks vs Rank | State-wise Merit List
Latest: Allied and Health Sciences- Best Courses, Colleges & Career Options
New: Paramedical Universities Accepting Applications | Emversity Allied Health Sciences Programs
Hello there,
With 341 marks in NEET 2025, getting a seat in a government MBBS college under the All India Quota (General category) is unlikely, as the cutoff is usually much higher (above 600). However, if you belong to a reserved category or your state has lower cutoffs, you might get a chance in some state quota seats.
You can also consider private medical colleges, dental courses (BDS), or other allied health programs like BAMS or BHMS, which have lower cutoffs.
I would recommend you to use the NEET College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.
Hello,
With 341 marks in NEET 2025, your chances of securing a government MBBS seat under the All India Quota (AIQ) are quite low, even for reserved categories. However, under the 85% State Quota, you might have some opportunities, especially if you belong to SC/ST categories and are from states with lower cut-offs.
Based on previous years, here are some possible options:
Madhya Pradesh: In past years, SC candidates got MBBS seats in government colleges like Datia with scores around 340-350. ST candidates also got seats in some colleges with similar scores.
Gujarat: In some years, SC/ST category students have managed to get MBBS seats in government colleges with scores around 340, but it depends on the college and the competition that year.
Andhra Pradesh: ST candidates with scores around 340 or even lower got seats in a few government colleges in past years.
Other states: Some states with lower cut-offs for reserved categories like Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan (for ST), and West Bengal might also have options, but the chances are slim.
Hope it helps !

HELLO,
Sorry to say but with 341 Marks in NEET , securing a seat in government college for MBBS is Unlikely impossible especially for general category A score of 341 in NEET translates to an expected rank between 400,001 - 550,000. While this score might allow admission to private colleges it's less likely to guarantee a spot in a government MBBS program.
