NIT Trichy is a great institution if you wish to do a mater's programme in sciences. It offers Msc in three disciplines: Chemistry, physics and computer applications and eligibility is 60% aggregate in the qualifying degree exam. If you want to pursue Msc in chemistry from here you must also have bachelor's degree in chemistry along with mathematics as a subject.
