For civil engineering course NIT suratkal is better than the MNNIT. NIT suratkal is the one of the prestigious colleges in all NITs. NIT suratkal is in top 3 position in all NITs in the last 3 years. So NITs suratkal is the best college than MNNIT. Hope it helps for you.

I think MNNIT is far better that NIT Surathkal in all aspects. It's better in placement, academics, extracurricular activities. ItsI even older and provides all the facilities inside the campus as well as the local market is just outside the campus's gate. I hope this information was helpful!
