In terms of campus size NIT Warangal is good ,it is having a wide 248 acres campus while it is of 222 acres campus for MNNIT , rank of MNNIT is good in comparison of NIT Warangal , fee is almost comming is thousands so both are affordable in terms of fee, almost all the facilities are provided by the both, student feedback rating is good in MNNIT while it is quite less for NIT Warangal, so overall MNNIT is quite better.

Both the institution are well reputed institutions of India. But if you have to choose one from them then I will suggest you to choose MNIT Allahabad for M.Sc in Mathematics and Scientific Computing.

Because as of my research MNIT Allahabad is good in academics, placements, Fees etc. with respect to NIT Warangal.
