Dear student,
I would like to say that all the three colleges 
i.e.
BHU affiliated colleges
DAV PG college
Allahabad main campus
All the three are very good in terms of infrastructure and reputation.
All the three have a very good academics record.
All of them have a good placements record.
If you are getting a good BHU college then i suggest you to for it. If not then go for ALLAHABD main campus.
