Which one is best in option entry..? 1.Topwise college 2.college based on low to high cut off.. while listing low to high cut off wise college ,,some extra college come between topwise clg list.. can anyone one tell which one is best..?

Hope you are doing well
I think you should be aware of the colleges you opt before filling the application .
For that you need to obviously know the ranking of the College.
But only ranking is not enough you need to compare students to faculty ratio, placements etc
So along with the ranking you need to know about the college entirely and then decide to opt.
