According to the colleges you have mentioned in your question, CBIT hyderabad has a better ranking than the other two.CBIT is one of the top colleges in telangana state.CBIT is a very good college for cse and has great placements.Many good companies like amazon,infosys,JPMC etc visit the college for placements.

But the median package for btech in nmam is greater than cbit

For cbit - 3.6 lakhs per annum whereas

for nmam - 4 lakhs per annum
