Speed typing and accuracy

Good grammar and language skills

A highschool diploma or any degree will be helpful especially in computers.

While there are no specific requirements for data entry but these are the basic requirements

You do not always need qualifications to work as a data entry clerk, although employers may prefer you to have GCSEs (grades A-C) or equivalent in English and maths. You will need a basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

hello sachin, At least Matriculate ,well versed in the operation of MS-Word,Ms-Excel and MS-Power point(additional) and must have a good typing skill (speed) in a computer.

2. For data entry you must have a good vision and be willing to work for at least 6–8 hours daily.

With the above requirements you can very well enter into the data entry jobs.
