Almost, all the IITs and NITs offers admission in B.Tech. in Engineering Physics every year. So, some of the top colleges in Engineering Physics are:
  • DTU, Delhi
  • IIT, Bombay
  • IIT, Delhi
  • IIT, Roorkee
  • BITS, Pilani
There are many other institutes offering Engineering Physics. All that matter is, students willing to develop and grasp the opportunity provided by the institution.

You can consider below names as these colleges are considered to be decent for the same -

 

  1. IIT Bombay
  2. IIT Delhi
  3. IIT Madras
  4. IIT Guwhati
