Which states allow students from other states also for admission in mbbs?

Dear candidate,
Almost all the states provide 15 percent all india quota seats except jammu and Kashmir state, where the students from other states can apply for it. As the seats are all in all india quota, the cutoff is higher than the state quota for the any state.
