See if you want to be a Neuroscientist then for eligibility purposes PCB must be present in 10+2. Now frankly speaking Neuroscience is an experimental subject of the study of neural structures and there functions. So when you analyze the cases then you will find numerous options to use Data Science, Mathematics and physics in the subject. Thus I would recommend that in 10+2 you should take PCMB combination as it will add you more background strength which you will get help in your Masters or in your research career.

Some of the universities providing advanced studies in Neuroscience are:

Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc), Bangalore

Madras University offers an MSc in Neuroscience, Chennai

National Brain Research Centre (NBRC), Haryana

Jiwaji University, Gwalior

IIT Gandhinagar

NIMHANS, Bangalore

Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai

I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
