It all depends on your interest if you have interest in Earths crust and various topography of earth then go for M.A in Geography, if you have interest in Histroy which includes about the Queens, kings and the history of world wars and the formation of human civilisation then you should go for M.A in history.

Socialogy is all about studying of human problems and human behaviour.

All scopes are beneficical, you can be a lecturer or can apply for govt job also you can go for a sitting office job. All have same scope when compared.

In my opinion, the course must be chosen with respect to the interest of the candidate who want to pursue the course, not with respect to the opportunities in the subject…else it may be a matter of regret for not achieving the expected results…

Still to answer your question, if you want to have a career in academics and research, you shall go with English, History or philosophy…The remaining subjects are practical or application based that you read in current affairs…

Again, each has own scopes…thus, decide what you want to do…..ALL THE BEST !!!
