Hello Rohith,
Here I'm sharing some top rated engineering colleges in hyderabad. All the colleges are more or less good. It is actually difficult to predict.
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad this college is a government engineering university. Facility is good. According to me it is good to study in a government college than a private one. Above mentioned colleges are good for engineering.
