Which would have better future in M.tech and MBA, after B.tech mechanical with Thermal power plant experience.

It's the inclination that you have which is more important and critical to decide. To be realistic a MBA would have better career prospects as compared to M.Tech. In MBA you would have opportunities to cater to management problems directly and generally the growth prospects are high here. So as per my opinion a MBA would be a better choice in comparison to M.Tech
