While applying for NEET i have given under OBC but I am unable to produce certificate due to more income..In this case can i put for counseling under General category?

In case, your family income is less than 8 lakhs per annum, then you will be considered as OBC non-creamy layer candidate and you can avail the reservation by producing your certificate of the same.
You have mentioned in your question, that your income is more. I assume that your family's income is more than 8 lakhs per annum which means that you are an OBC creamy layer candidate. In such cases, no reservation is provided and the candidate is considered to belong to the general category.
