The neet exam is conducted by nta ( National Testing Agency) and the counselling process is also taken under control by nta which is officially an central organization.
The counselling rounds, the ranks, the cut offs, the seats in the particular colleges everything is decided by nta. nic. in. This is the official website which runs the neet and it's further processes.
