Getting a job right after BSc is a tough game. But in comparison between the courses BSc MECS have more job opportunity than BSc Physics.

BSc Physics is more related for theoretical approach to physics which you can pursue if you are interested in higher studies but it will not fetch you any kind of job after BSc. Although if you qualify exams like TIFR GS , JEST etc , you will be doing Int.PhD from TIFR labs or colleges under JEST which will avail you a career in research along with a monthly stipend of RS.36,000/month and an annual grant of Rs.40,000 for buying books. These are top research institutes in India.

So I will say that if you are interested in Physics then don't worry about jobs. You will have a wonderful career in higher studies.

If you want to have a job after your Bachelors then you should take BSc MECS. Here you must also have interest in mathematics , electronics and computer science.

So you should try to find what's the area you are interested in and then pursue it. Remember Degree's won't give you job , your knowledge matters the most.

I hope this answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!
