It is as such due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic that the counselling schedule is being postponed. The state government will release the norms and regulations for conducting the counselling process. So, don't loose patience, it will be conducted soon as it is as such for the safety measurements.

They aren't getting approval from the state government and a fixed date to start the counselling. They're all ready with everything and are just waiting for the government's approval.

They apologized and said there's nothing to worry about and if they do anything the other way, the matter would become a “legal” issue.
