Hi

For joining in IIIT and NIT you have to be qualified in IIT/JEE exam. For writing IIT /JEE exam, You should have done intermediate with MPC, which you don't have. Hence, you are not eligible for IIIT. However, you could have joined in NIT, after doing direct entry exam for diploma holders through competitive exam & joined in 2nd year of B. Tech directly. But again Unfortunately, that provision was also removed recently. Hence, you can complete your B. Tech from other state engineering colleges, write GATE exam &join for M. Tech in either IIIT/NIT. That is the only route for diploma holders to enter either IIT/NIT.

Good luck
