Why is there only 30 seats in mathematics?

Hello,
the number of seats in any subject for any course in any educational institute clearly and solely depends upon the accomodation capacity of that particular college or university. If they cannot provide equal faculty for more than 30 seats then they will not have more number of seats than they can allow.
