why many are very face much fear in the exams. how overcome it?

Hi

You have not mentioned the exam regarding which you are asking and you have fear for that examination

But which ever exam is it, you don't need to worry and develop fear of it, and stress yourself with negative thoughts, just use the time you have for the preparation of your examination , just don't give up and try to give your 100% , you can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around three things i.e study, revise and practice .

And believe me if you remain determined you will sail through all the odds and will be able to get good marks in examination so just be positive .
