Go to http://jeemain.nic.in .

There's a link at the bottom and click on it.Enter your registration/application no., Date of birth And other info.

You might have to wait for a while because the website maybe down due to heavy traffic.

Dont freak out. Be calm. This is how you have to download the admit card for JEE MAins. It would be more helpful if you specify which exam.
