If I am not mistaken, you are asking about the reason of result released before any update regarding the challenge on NEET answer key.

So, the reason is that it takes much time, sometimes even a month to figure out the correction(if applicable) in questions for the officials and after reaching to any conclusion, it has to pass over and over to different authorities for approval and colleges also needs time to prepare many thing like merit list. for the new academic session, due to this the whole counselling process also slow down.

Don't worry ,you will be notified soon about the revised answer key and OMR sheet(if applicable) and keep in touch with the official website.
